Terms of Service

Welcome to the HibaLogics technical ecosystem. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User") and HibaLogics ("Company", "We", "Us"). By accessing our digital architecture, platforms, or engaging in our professional service cycles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these protocols.

Our service framework is designed for high-performance enterprise delivery. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all interaction with our systems and terminate any ongoing engagement processes. These Terms are subject to periodic updates to reflect our evolving technical and regulatory landscape.

HibaLogics provides bespoke digital architecture, including software development, AI-driven automation, and systemic integrations. Each engagement is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) which outlines the technical scope, delivery timelines, and performance benchmarks.

While we strive for absolute precision, digital environments are inherently dynamic. We reserve the right to modify our service delivery protocols to ensure the continued security and stability of our ecosystem. Any material changes to active project scopes will be communicated through formal corporate channels and may require updated contractual documentation.

All codebases, design systems, architectural logic, and proprietary methodologies developed by HibaLogics remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. We grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the deliverables specifically outlined in their project contract upon full settlement of all outstanding obligations.

The Client shall not attempt to reverse engineer, redistribute, or monetize our proprietary frameworks without explicit written authorization. Our "Universal Flow" design system and associated technical assets are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use will be met with immediate legal enforcement.

HibaLogics warrants that our architecture is developed to the highest professional standards. However, we do not warrant that our systems will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free in environments beyond our direct operational control. We disclaim all liability for failures caused by third-party infrastructure, external integrations, or unauthorized systemic modifications.

In no event shall HibaLogics be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business reputation—arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any specific claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services directly associated with the incident.

These Terms and any disputes arising from our service cycles are governed by the laws of our primary jurisdiction of operation. We prioritize professional transparency and will attempt to resolve any disagreements through internal corporate mediation before proceeding to formal legal action.

Should mediation fail, disputes will be resolved through professional arbitration in accordance with international corporate standards. The venue for such arbitration shall be determined by our legal department based on the nature of the engagement and the location of our relevant innovation hub.
