Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and HibaLogics ("Company"). By accessing our platforms or engaging in our professional service cycles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these protocols.
Our service framework is designed for high-performance enterprise delivery. If you do not agree with any provision, you must cease all interaction with our systems. These Terms are subject to periodic updates.
Service Engagement
HibaLogics provides bespoke digital architecture — software development, AI-driven automation, and systemic integrations. Each engagement is governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) or SLA.
We reserve the right to modify delivery protocols to ensure continued security and stability. Material changes to active project scopes will be communicated through formal channels.
Intellectual Property
All codebases, design systems, and proprietary methodologies remain exclusive intellectual property of HibaLogics. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license upon full settlement.
Unauthorized reverse engineering, redistribution, or monetization of our frameworks is prohibited and protected by international copyright law.
Limitation of Liability
We develop to the highest professional standards but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation in environments beyond our control. We disclaim liability for third-party infrastructure failures.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services directly associated with the incident.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of our primary jurisdiction. We prioritize professional mediation before formal legal action.
Should mediation fail, disputes will be resolved through professional arbitration in accordance with international corporate standards.
